  13. You must enable the parent menu yourself. Basically, if in your DoSetupMenus
  14. method, if you find that any of the hierarchical entries are to be enabled,
  15. then you should also enable the parent menu. I believe that MacApp does not do
  16. this automatically, since there may be situations where you would want to
  17. completely disable the parent menu (perhaps because the view to which it
  18. applies is hidden or otherwise inapplicable).
